The human brain doesn't always understand that in order for you to be the best version of yourself, you have to let go of certain things. Sometimes the things you're gripping tightly are what you need to let go of so things can fall into place. The ceremony begins with a discussion so participants can share their struggles and advice relating to the topic. Most of the ceremony will be spent in meditation, which will help you let go with gratitude and move forward. The ceremony will close with a collective reading for the group.
