For September’s workshop the theme is recalibration and alignment. This workshop will have various activities like yoga, cold plunge, plant medicine, dancing, and more! I’ll be doing a collective reading to kick things off! The workshop is $55 or $75 if you’d like to donate a ticket for someone else.
