Most of the ceremony is spent in meditation where you connect your present self with your inner child and your mom’s higher self. This meditation helps you recognize the mother wounds you’re still holding onto, how these wounds show up in the present day, and the purpose of those wounds. There’s always purpose in pain and this ceremony helps you find it! After the meditation, participants share what came to them (it was so beautiful and vulnerable you guys!) To close, I do a collective reading for everyone.
